Office of the Treasurer

In the Treasurer's Office, we send out tax and special assessment bills and we collect all payments and sell punch cards for the Compactor Station.  We receipt all income to the township, balance bank statements, and are responsible for any investments of township funds.  We also maintain the township website and we produce the newsletter.  We work closely with the County Equalization Dept. to maintain the most current information in our tax system.

We are always available to answer any questions in regards to the taxes and welcome everyone to telephone or stop in to see us.

Tracey was first elected Treasurer in May 2006.  Tracey is married to Dennis and they have two children, Bethany (21) and Elizabeth (18). Bethany attends NMC and Elizabeth attends Kendall Art College. Dennis and Tracey have lived in East Bay Township for over 26 years.

Jo was hired in May 2011.  She is new to the area due to her recent marriage.  She is enjoying all that the area has to offer.  Her hobbies are camping, boating and downhill skiing and is hoping for a winter with a lot of snow.  Our advice to her, beware of what you wish for...
