Office of the Treasurer

In the Treasurer's Office, we send out tax and special assessment bills and we collect all payments and sell punch cards for the Compactor Station.  We receipt all income to the township, balance bank statements, and are responsible for any investments of township funds.  We also maintain the township website and we produce the newsletter.  We work closely with the County Equalization Dept. to maintain the most current information in our tax system.

We are always available to answer any questions in regards to the taxes and welcome everyone to telephone or stop in to see us.

Tracey Bartlett

Tracey was elected Treasurer in May 2006 to complete the current term. Tracey is married to Dennis and they have two children, Bethany (20) and Elizabeth (17). Bethany attends NMC and Elizabeth attends Traverse City High School. Dennis and Tracey have lived in East Bay Township for over 24 years.

Rebecca Hoard

Becky Hoard is the Administrative Assistant/Deputy Treasurer. She graduated from Spring Arbor University with degrees in Christian Ministry and Business Administration. She is now obtaining her Master's in Human Resources. 

She married, Nathan, an East Bay resident in June 2006 and  they have one daughter, Kerith (2). Becky is enjoying living in East Bay and serving its residents.
